Very poor experience. I paid the full amount for data recovery, but not all my data was recovered. When I raised the issue, the response was blunt and unhelpful, and I was asked to pay extra instead of getting proper support.
Please think twice before choosing this service and clarify everything clearly before making payment.
Now my image is down in front my client, i went to another vendor nearby his shop. you must go there.
Very unprofessional, I had a very disappointing experience with this data recovery service.
I visited their shop and paid the full amount as discussed. However, after receiving my data, I realized that not all of my files were recovered. When I went back to inform them that an important folder was missing, instead of properly checking and resolving the issue, they started asking for additional charges.
I had already shared proof that certain folders were not recovered, but they denied it and were not cooperative. The behavior felt unprofessional and very stressful as a customer who had already made full payment.
If you are looking for reliable data recovery, please be careful and compare options before making payment. There are other service providers nearby, I strongly suggest checking reviews and clarifying everything in writing before proceeding.
My harddrive was crashed from last 6 years, and I thought it won't be possible to bring the photos and videos back...
But all thanks to Galaxy Data Recovery service, it was possible here and I got 95% of my photos and videos in proper state.
