Ordered flowers & cake for my grandmother’s birthday from UAE. No delivery even after the birthday passed. Chatbot was useless, zero accountability. Ruined an emotional occasion. Extremely disappointed with FNP.

* I have very bad experience. I ordered for Ahmedabad from Canada. Total 4 times ordered and 2 times was not delivered. There is no customer service at all. Wasting time an money. They promise to give complimentary gift of chocolate but never give. Discount shows in website but can't apply. I sent emails many times but not replied. My 1000rs order never delivered. They are tricky. Call customer once if they don't pick up call then they write door was locked and close as delivered. Please be aware of this. *

Worst experience.. had a terrible experience with this service. The charges were exorbitant, and the service provided was subpar. The owner's unprofessionalism was evident, lacking basic customer communication skills. It felt like they took advantage of the situation and even charged extra for retry attempts. Overall, not recommended.
