Really fraud company !! Beware and never order from them. Order was never delivered till 9pm at night even after paying express delivery charges for a 12pm afternoon delivery and , and then complaint was closed by showing fake delivery message 3 hours ago when order was never delivered till now. Their customer support number was on permanent engage mode for 5 hours and then i just stopped trying, Whatsapp support chatbot gave fake assurances and when you ask to speak with a live agent it stops working. Scamsters with no refunds and really disgraceful the way they handle clients !
I placed an order with Flower Aura for flowers and cake for an anniversary event.
The delivery slot was clearly mentioned as 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, which means the order must be delivered by 5 PM.
The event itself was ending at 5 PM, and I trusted Flower Aura because I could not attend personally.
However, the order was not delivered even till 5:30 PM.
At 5:30 PM, I contacted customer support.
They said “delivery agent ka call connect nahi ho raha”.
At 5:40 PM, they asked me to wait another 40 minutes.
At 6:00 PM, I called again — same reply: agent unreachable, no update.
Yahan sabse badi problem yeh thi ki company ke paas koi backup plan ya solution nahi tha.
Jab maine poocha “If you face such issues regularly, what is the solution?”
Toh customer care mujhse hi pooch raha tha — “sir aap hi batao kya karein”.
This is completely unprofessional.
Finally, the order was delivered after 7:00 PM, which is more than 2 hours late from the promised delivery slot.
By that time, event already khatam ho chuka tha and the anniversary surprise was completely ruined.
Worst part?
As “compensation”, they offered 10% discount on the next order above ₹500.

Flower Aura is not reliable for time-sensitive occasions.
Main kisi ko bhi recommend nahi karunga, especially for anniversaries, birthdays, ya surprise events.
