Worst experience ever. It was my parents’ anniversary, and I had ordered a cake and flowers in the morning to surprise them during the family celebration. The cake was delivered only at 8 PM, after everyone had already gathered and celebrated with another cake. The flowers arrived separately at 9:30 PM.
Customer service kept telling me the order had been delivered when it hadn’t, leaving me confused and wasting hours trying to track it down. Only when I asked to cancel did they admit the cake and flowers were being delivered separately.
My surprise was completely ruined, and despite their poor service, they refused to offer any refund. A very disappointing experience that spoiled a special family celebration. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Very bad webside ever. No professional. They dont even have proper tracking. The company will say different. The delievery guy will say different reason for the time.
I have order from FNp and others webside but never experience about this kind of thing.

Needed to send a condolences wreath in India and was worried about the purchase & delivery including making payments as India online purchases mostly does not accept International credit card.
All my concerns were invalid wit Floraindia, as found them by chance went searching online.
Their flowers arrangement were beautiful with reasonable pricing.
Their customer support team were efficient and replied very promptly with I dropped them both emails and What’s app and communication was very reliable and assuring. They noted my typo message in my online submission with my email and my request to change the colours of the pink rose to white rose.
And they sent me the photo of the flower arrangement before delivery as requested.
