I recently purchased a term insurance policy through Fincart, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The advisory process initially felt convincing, and we were encouraged to prioritize term insurance for our family’s financial security. Based on this guidance, I completed my own policy purchase and shared a significant amount of personal information.

However, the process was slow and lacked clarity. Communication was often delayed, and it seemed that the team was not fully confident about the procedures. In contrast, when Iater I purchased my husband’s term insurance policy directly through Axis Bank, the entire process was completed smoothly within a week.

My biggest concern is data privacy. For the past several days, I have been receiving emails and messages intended for another client, but sent to my email address. The documents clearly display Fincart’s letterhead, which indicates that my email address has been associated with someone else’s account. Despite repeatedly informing my advisor, the issue has not been resolved, and I continue to receive confidential communications meant for another customer.

For a well-known financial advisory firm, maintaining customer data confidentiality should be a basic and non-negotiable standard.

My sincere recommendation: if you plan to purchase insurance, consider approaching the insurer or bank directly rather than going through intermediaries. It may save you time, frustration, and potential data privacy concerns.

I had taken a health insurance policy from Fincart in July. Unfortunately, in mid-November, I developed severe stomach pain and had to be admitted to Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad. I was really worried about whether my claim would be approved or not, so I contacted Dinesh for support.

Initially, my claim was rejected due to insufficient documents from the hospital. But Dinesh, Swaraj, and Rajeshwari from Fincart took complete ownership of my case. They coordinated with the hospital, arranged all the required reports and documents, and also followed up directly with the claim settlement manager.

Because of their continuous efforts, my claim was finally approved, and I did not have to pay even a single rupee.
