Fast Track Currier Service, Kotla, New Delhi delivered my goods timely and in all good conditions. Have a nice experience with them.
Absolute frauds, poor service and no accountability. I had a very urgent parcel to be shipped for official purpose. They guaranteed me one day delivery from Delhi to Bangalore for Rs. 550, as long as they could get the shipment before 7 pm. I rushed from work and arranged pickup at 6.15 pm. They suddenly asked for Rs. 650 as the total. I paid extra with the assurance they will get it shipped out by 730. They only sent it at 9 pm. Because of their delay, the item delivery was delayed to two days and I lost the official appointment I had. They took their money in full and stopped taking any calls . Worst experience. Never give them your business, especially not when you need a trustworthy agent.
