Worst possible service. They deal with Air shipment through. FedEX are the worst carriers in the world. For no reason, my shipment go t stuck at customs for 2 long month to release it. Please i request you not to work with them.

Employees are the asset for any organization, here also Saurabh ji, I just say he is very cooperative and quick for customer queries.
Even 1 star is more for them . All their rating is fake and done by their own people to misguide the innocent people . They are unprofessional and fraud company . They try to take more money from you . First they will delay the shipment and after that they laugh at your situation and tell you that it is not in their hand . They will start telling you it is because of Typhoon and weather conditions . Even they will try to take more money from post shipment services .
I interact with Naveen , Chaitnya and Divya . They will tell you they handle many containers in a single day . But in reality they are fraud company . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT GOOD SLEEP AND MENTAL HEALTH 🙏

My experience with this company was terrible. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They don’t even prepare a proper document checklist themselves, but when any damage happens, they simply blame the customer saying “it’s your fault.” They never pick up calls on time, and even when they do, they talk carelessly and laugh instead of addressing issues seriously. Their attitude shows they have no sense of professionalism at all.
❌ Trust them at your own risk – I would never recommend Falcon to anyone
