Got their product Chicago phone,which they market through pepperfry, faulty product, not giving replacement or refund. Pathetic response and service from pepperfry

Replying to reply from the supplier:
I did initiate to return the product. From the day I received I am behind them to get it replaced or returned. The return ticket is still open. I have not received any response initiated from them. I have to take pain everyday in asking the status. But pepperfry is not processing my request. One one time they are giving one one reply. Finally today they said it is not a working model and just a curio show piece, which is not mentioned in the description according to me. I am getting dial tone, but no incoming call or outgoing call. How will a showpiece give a dial tone and have a cable provision for connecting to the telephone line. Customer service says can't take return. Having paid around 2000 and receiving a faulty product with 'quality tested' sticker and getting an irresponsible reply from pepperfry team is not acceptable.

And you say, feedback on google won't help.
Yes it does, I am waiting for response from pepperfry since 3 days, but google review got me an instant reply from supplier itself.
I was clueless to contact you, I don't have your number mentioned in retail invoice.

Help me to close my request. I shall vouch to edit the review.
