Poor service. They call you repeatedly before you buy the car, but when you buy it, they don't return your calls and don't even communicate properly.
Vevy bad service.
This is regarding the vehicle I came to pick up today from the stock yard. I had to personally follow up and push just to get the car taken out and sent for washing, no one took any initiative on their own.
I had already informed about multiple issues, but still, no action was taken:
The back dicky is not opening
The steering cover is opened
The car is completely dirty from inside
No air in the tyres
All these problems were clearly visible to your Everest staff as well, yet no one bothered to take responsibility or initiate any resolution.
Do I have to argue every single time just to get basic things done? have taken these photos after the car was washed.
The treatment here feels like you are doing a favor on us, which is completely unacceptable.
This has been an extremely disappointing and worst experience at Koparkhairane Everest Fleet.
Immediate action and proper accountability are expected.
They have stopped providing maruti spresso.
Their service points are not in under one roof thats a biggest problem.

I’m not a cab driver, and I don’t even own a cab, yet they keep spamming me 4–5 times a day. I’ve told them multiple times to stop, but the calls just don’t stop. Very frustrating experience.
