I joined this company and worked for only two days. Without any prior information, guidance, or warning, I was asked to leave, with the reason given that my performance was not satisfactory. It is unrealistic to judge someone’s performance within just two days, especially without proper training or support.

The person who took my interview was also involved in the decision to remove me. During my short time there, I experienced unprofessional communication and behavior, which made the working environment uncomfortable. I was even compared to a developer who had been working there for four years, which is an unfair and unreasonable expectation for a new joiner.

Based on my experience, it seems like the company follows a hire-and-fire approach within a very short period, creating instability for new employees.

My suggestion is that people should think carefully before joining this organization.
