I am most dissatisfied with the quality of dry clean work done recently by Dry Wasche on a saree. Though just returned from the dry cleaners, it cannot be worn without having to get it ironed again. It is not well ironed. It lacks the finish of a dry cleaners.
And, they delivered the expensive saree, wrapped around a old piece of cardboard shirt backing!!!

For all its claims that Dry Wasche has spruced up its services in keeping with the times, there is much that is wanting. I gave them 14 bags for cleaning. One sling bag came to me in pretty much the same condition. My Victorinox backpack had its the zipper stuck. The rest, well they were passable. Nothing much. Kind of average. Finally for some reason I am listed as Prakhyat on their name list. Yes, yes, I know there’s this whole thing about what’s in a name and all that but seriously I’d rather be called by original name.

I have been using their service from past few months. I am super impressed with quality. Delivery is fast and customer friendly attitude. I recommend this dry cleaner to everyone. Beside clothes, I got my shoe and leather bag cleaned, I am happy 😀

Got my suit dry cleaned from them. Clearly wasn’t dry cleaned properly, if at all, since it came back looking much worse than when I handed it in. Looking at all the creases and wrinkles it makes me wonder what they did to make it appear so bad - probably shoved it in some corner and then just packaged it back up when returning it to me.
They definitely put in more effort to seal the plastic packaging I got the suit back in as opposed to actually cleaning it.
I wouldn’t recommend going here for your dry cleaning needs. Save your money, and more importantly your clothes!
