We had a very smooth and reassuring experience at Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh under Dr. Waheedu Zaman. The treatment was done in a proper planned manner , first ureter dilation with stent, then RIRS, and finally easy stent removal. Everything was explained clearly and done step-by-step.
The surgery went very smoothly but post-operative care by nursing staff could have done bit better, may be because of work load nevertheless Dr. Waheedu Zaman and his team were calm, professional, and supportive throughout.
