In June 2025 I was diagnosed with a condition called hydronephrosis following which our search for a reliable treatment took us to Dr Vipin Tyagi , kidney transplant surgeon , robotic in Ganga ram hospital , Delhi and I firmly decided to go with him for the surgery in the first consultation only as he was the only one who gave concrete advice & assessment amongst other doctors we went to !
I was discharged in 4 days as I was up and about from second day of my surgery and came back to the normal routine after a week ! The dj stent removal procedure after a month too went smoothly and all the credit goes to him and his team ! I cannot thank enough for his insight and the hospital staff for the assistance! Thankyou Dr for your comforting wit , gentle approach and positive assurance during the surgery and thereafter!!! I knew I was in safe hands & not even once winced as had total faith in your capacity and competency at that !

Im 23 years old , I had a problem of kidney stone in my mid ureter for which I underwent URSL in some hospital in mysore . My problems with stone still persisted and upon a ct scan and dtpa done on 4 th June 2025 my renal function was found to be 2 ml/ min . Even after DJ stenting the function reached just 17 ml/ min.
I had developed a stricture in my Pelvic Urinary Junction due to my earlier surgery by previous doctors which causing the function to deteriorate. Due to such low renal function no doctor was willing to do the Pyeloplasty or Renal reconstruction surgery.
About 5 doctors told me to remove the kidney. During August of 2025 I met Dr Vipin Tyagi sir in Ganga Ram Hospital , who did a follow up scans and told that salvageable function is there and whole heartedly agreed to do the reconstruction surgery. The surgery was done on 22 August 2025 successfully.
I did a follow up after 3 months and found my function increased to 26 ml / min. There was no obstruction now in the reports , i.e surgery went successfully.
Dr Vipin Tyagi Sir is best for urological issues. He has a good approach to the cases and doesn't scare you. The surgery was very finely done with minimal issues which assure you of his expertise. I thank him for his help in such a health turmoil of my life.
Dr. Vipin Tyagi is not only an amazing doctor but also an amazing person. He listens to his patients with a lot of patience and explains everything very thoroughly without scaring the patient. My mother had an exophytic tumor on her right kidney. Doctor did robot assisted partial nephratomy with mind blowing precission. He is really good with his work.
