It is truly her ingenuity to understand even the unspoken struggles, bringing hope, clarity which have been strengthening my mental fortitude as a late diagnosed AuDHD. to see it through compassionate therapy and social anxiety workshops, transforming in these 3 deeply meaningful years.

💚 A Good Doctor
Since I cannot comment on your erroneous response, providing my comments here.
I would like to correct a few inaccuracies in your statement.
The appointment was communicated to me as a window between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, not a specific, designated time. Given the absence of a fixed slot, I proactively followed up at 11:17 AM to ask when I should join. I was informed it would take another 4–5 minutes. Around 11:25–11:30 AM, I was asked to join the link.
As the timing had not been clearly defined, I requested five minutes to get to my laptop and joined shortly thereafter — well within the 11:00–12:00 PM window that had been communicated to me.
Upon joining, I was informed that the doctor was in another consultation and that I would need to wait 5–10 minutes. The wait extended significantly beyond that, and the consultation ultimately did not take place.
It is therefore inaccurate to state that I “did not join within my allotted slot.” I joined within the communicated time window, and I have timestamped messages reflecting this.
At no point were any harsh language used. My concern was regarding the lack of a clearly assigned appointment time and the resulting overlap. If multiple patients are given the same broad window, such scheduling conflicts are inevitable.
I value professionalism and clear communication, and my expectation was simply mutual respect for time and accurate representation of events.
