It’s disappointing when so-called “celebrity” doctors appear detached from patient care.
I have safely and successfully used injectable treatments for ED for over 10 years in the UK and am fully confident in proper self-injection technique. After purchasing both compounded Bimix and Trimix from this provider, both caused painful lumps and swelling, yet had absolutely no therapeutic effect.
When I raised my concerns, the responses were dismissive and unhelpful. First, I was told to “use the medicine that helps you”—despite the fact that I was using the compounded versions of the very medications that have worked for me for years. When I followed up, the only response was to blame “improper technique,” which is simply not credible given my long experience.
What would have been appropriate was a serious review of their compounded products—especially as I experienced the same adverse effects with a previous Bimix purchase. Alarmingly, the medication arrived with no labeling at all: no name, no ingredients, no manufacturing date, no expiry date, and no storage instructions. This is unacceptable for injectable medication.
Trimix, once reconstituted, must be kept refrigerated to maintain efficacy, yet the company uses couriers that take up to 10 days to deliver. This raises serious concerns about both product integrity and patient safety. A safer approach would be to ship unconstituted medication with clear reconstitution instructions—but even more importantly, their compounding and distribution processes need urgent scrutiny.
I am sharing this review to warn others. I have not only wasted ₹10,000, but I am left with painful and worrying side effects. I sincerely hope this feedback prompts the business to take responsibility and prevent other patients from going through the same experience.
