Dr. Anands Pets Clinic

It’s our bad luck that we took our ailing cat to this clinic for some test and met Dr Anand there who convinced us that he is the best doctor in this world to handle such cases. So my cats treatment commence there as proscribed my him. However, he didn’t survive.

How he died, could he be saved? As i am not from this field, I would not comment on that, however i realised that this clinic and staff there lack compassion. The doctor was not aware or thought it’s important to suggest whether his condition is stable or not, and when the patient required specialist help, no doctor was available. The entire emergency was handled by para medics only. They may have tried their best, but were mostly employing hit and trial methods which led the crucial time slipped from hand.

In my opinion, it’s better to avoid this clinics for small pets such as cats. They are good for vaccination and test. Else for emergence case, it’s only about making money and not about saving a life.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anand. From the moment I walked in, his attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. He seemed rushed, barely listened to my concerns, and often interrupted while I was speaking. Instead of explaining things clearly, he came across as impatient and rude, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable.
A doctor should make patients feel heard and respected, but that was definitely not the case here. I left feeling frustrated and unsure about the advice I was given. I would not recommend Dr. Anand to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive healthcare provider.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anand. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening patiently to our concerns, he spoke in a harsh tone and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the visit. A doctor is expected to be polite and understanding, but unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I would not recommend him based on this experience.

I entreat everyone reading this review to take your pet to some other clinic. Being a doctor, I was taken aback to see the negligence that these people showed towards my pet.
My cat had a dislocation of her left foot. Dr. Anand did an X-ray then denied giving us the film. He gave him two injections but brushed it off when I asked him what they were. I AM CONVINCED HE GAVE MY CAT THE WRONG MEDICINE BECAUSE he did not give us the treatment sheet that day and told us that it was lost on the next morning. He purposely hid the information about my cat’s treatment from me. He had ensured us that dislocations are very common and can be easily treated but my cat got so ill after the relocation and the injections. He stopped eating altogether and did not eat for days. Upon consulting Dr.Anand again, instead of treating the condition he shirked any blame and asked us to take him somewhere else if we don’t believe in his treatment.

TLDR: Dr. Anand is a fraud and a scammer. The place is made to extort money from desperate pet owners.
The staff is careless and unhelpful.
The doctor ALMOST KILLED MY CAT due to PURE NEGLIGENCE
Do not go here
Do not give him any money
Take your pet elsewhere

I’ve read the other reviews on here and many seem to have had similar experiences.
PLEASE DON’T EVER COME HERE FOR ANY SURGERY.

Dr Gautam has been caring for our beagle Simba since last 14 years. His dedication and kindness towards our pet is exemplary. He has an astute diagnosis and treatment. Dr Gautam never gives up on his patients. His hospital has every diagnostic facility for prompt treatment. Despite various extremely serious diseases like tick fever , pancreatitis , stroke etc , our pet Simba has pulled through and is happy and healthy , thanks to Dr Gautam!! His staff is also very helpful and dedicated and give their best in every situation. We will forever be grateful to him and recommend anyone who truly love their pet to go to him for treatment.
