I am writing this to bring to light the highly illegal, unethical, and dangerous practices being carried out by this platform and its recovery agents.
I have a pending loan with this company, and I am completely ready and willing to clear my legitimate dues. However, the absolute harassment and "out-of-the-box" criminal activities conducted by their agents are entirely unacceptable and illegal under Indian law.
Without my permission, this app hacked and stole my entire contact list. Their agents are now calling, threatening, and extorting money from my friends, family, and professional contacts. They are using my name, my documents, and my personal details to defame me publicly, causing severe mental agony and social damage.
I have already shared all the proof, screenshots, and records of this behavior with the company via email, but absolutely no corrective action has been taken. They continue to misuse my data and harass innocent people who have nothing to do with this loan.
This level of extreme psychological pressure and public humiliation is highly dangerous. Such predatory and illegal tactics can easily push someone to mental health crises or, in worse cases, drive an innocent person to commit suicide. If any harm comes to me, my family, or my contacts due to this trauma, this company and its management will be held solely responsible.
Take note that a formal criminal complaint for data theft, breach of privacy, and extortion is being filed with the National Cyber Crime Cellular and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
I demand that the management immediately intervene, stop these illegal calling practices, and provide a lawful, safe channel to settle the pending dues. I will not tolerate criminal harassment under the guise of recovery
Dear DMI Finance Team,
I was informed that my loan would be disbursed within 72 hours. However, it has now been 7 days and the amount has still not been disbursed.
This delay is unacceptable, and the customer service experience has been very poor.
I request you to provide a clear update on the current status of my loan and confirm the exact disbursal date at the earliest.
Very disappointing experience with DMI Finance. I took a loan through the Airtel platform. My EMI due date is the 5th of every month, and I paid the March 2026 EMI on 3 March (before the due date). However, instead of adjusting the payment toward the EMI, the company adjusted it toward previous late charges and still shows my EMI as pending.
Because of this, they are asking for additional payment even though the EMI was paid before the due date. They have also added late fees for the March month due to the EMI showing as pending. Customer support has not provided any proper resolution. I request the DMI team to review my loan account and correct the payment adjustment.
The company responded to this review and asked me to submit my details through their link. I have already shared my loan account details and payment information. I hope the team will review the issue properly and resolve the incorrect payment adjustment and late charges.
I have been contacting customer support and sending emails for the past 7–8 days, but the company is not listening or providing any proper resolution. They are simply asking me to make the remaining payment without correcting the payment adjustment issue. The company is not cooperating at all and my EMI is still showing as pending.
Please be aware and read genuine reviews and terms carefully before taking a loan from DMI Finance.
After posting this review, I received a call from DMI Finance with a clear assurance that the charges would be waived within 5 working days. I also have call recording of this commitment. However, even after the given timeline, no action has been taken and my EMI is still showing as pending. This is very disappointing.
Even after all this, the issue is still not resolved. The company is continuously asking for payment without correcting their own mistake. Adjusting an EMI payment toward other charges without proper resolution is completely unfair and misleading.
This clearly reflects poor customer handling and irresponsible behavior. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter to the Reserve Bank of India and also raise it on social media platforms with all supporting proofs including call recording.If this issue is not resolved immediately
I have paid my emi manual through google pay app. But the payment is not updated yet. There is no customer serial available to contact with them. Your emergency can be a worst nightmare. My suggestion is to not choose Dmi finance service. Also there is no specific procedure to foreclose the loan amount.
I took loan through gpay. I paid almost whole EMI on time. About when shift to abroad my nach auto automatic close then need kyc or Something that time I ask to customer care guy to provide link for payment they didn't send & 2-3 emi delayed. When they approach for loan closer. They told just pay the pending amount your loan will be close but in reality it not close even now after 4 year it's showing action my cibil I paid whole amount but my loan is showing active on Google pay and cibil also they make my cibil 800 to 650 that kind harrasment they are doing & no one is talking & helping about me. I will said pls be aware don't take loan from dmi. They are just HARRASSING people. Whoever work on my loan file god will punish them they will burn in hell for sure.
