I had a really great experience with Dhruv Car Rentals. The team was very polite and supportive, and everything went smoothly without any issues. The car was delivered on time and picked up on time as well. They returned the security deposit without any delay and didn’t charge any extra amount. Even when we got a little late, they cooperated with us. We had rented a Thar, and the car was in excellent condition. The music system was amazing, and they even gave us a special Navratri discount. Overall, the service was professional, reliable, and highly satisfying. Would definitely recommend Dhruv Car Rentals to everyone
Car service was very good.. I have booked a car for 3 days and they provided me a swift car which is 2024 model. Car was very good. They returned my full security amount even for remaining petrol and fastag amount which no one is giving. I will highly recommend to take services from them.
Operating from Pathetic location. Car was okish but didnt provide all the tools though he told me that he will provide a guy in case of puncture. Didnt told me about the petrol which was already there will also be charged. Office is also not open 24 hrs as given on google. In simple words, NO PROFESSIONALISM. Operated by unprofessionals for unprofessionals.
