My laptop wasn't working, after various checks i figured out that it's some hardware issue.
After fews mins DEV info we able to diagnose CPU issue in my laptop. Repairing the CPU is a very complex task and odds are 50-50
Yet in 2 days they were able to fix it. Appreciable work. They also allowed me to check the laptop thoroughly when I was there for the pickup.
