My experience with Dent Ally, New Delhi has truly been life-changing, and I am writing this review with immense gratitude and emotion.
After going through a very difficult and painful dental experience in Lucknow, I had almost lost confidence and peace of mind when it came to dental treatment. What I went through at such a young age, because of incorrect treatment earlier, eventually led to serious complications after two years, including infection and the need for implants. I was mentally stressed, physically uncomfortable, and honestly very scared.
But Dent Ally changed that experience completely.
From the very beginning, every single person at Dent Ally made me feel cared for, understood, and safe. I travelled all the way from Dubai to undergo my treatment here, and not for a single moment did I feel that I had made the wrong decision. In fact, choosing Dent Ally was one of the best decisions I could have made for my health.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Shashi, Dr. Ayushi, Dr. Shubhani, and Dr. Madhuri. Each one of them took such genuine care of me that I never felt like just another patient. They listened to my concerns with patience, understood my fears, and treated me with warmth, kindness, and sincerity that felt no less than family. Their skill, humility, and compassionate approach are something I will never forget.
A very special mention to Gauri as well, who managed everything so beautifully. From coordination to explanation, she was incredibly patient, clear, and reassuring throughout the journey. When someone is already anxious about a medical procedure, having a person like her makes a world of difference.
What touched me the most was that Dent Ally did not just focus on the treatment itself, they cared for me as a person. My treatment was thoughtfully planned in two phases, and every step was carried out with so much patience, love, and attention that it restored not only my dental health, but also my trust.
People often say doctors are like God, and the team at Dent Ally truly reminded me why that is said. In a world where genuine care can sometimes feel rare, this team stood out for their humanity, dedication, and the comfort they gave me during such a difficult phase.

I want to share my experience at Dentally. I had a badly infected root canal with a cyst above it, and the whole process was handled with great professionalism from start to finish.
From my first visit in February, Dr. Shashi took the time to answer all my questions and ease my concerns, even through a video call before my arrival. I came all the way from Thailand for the treatment, and it was absolutely worth it.
The extraction was done gently and completely pain-free, with excellent communication throughout the procedure. Dr. Shashi again took the time afterward to guide me through the next steps and explain everything clearly.
I felt very well cared for, and the staff were friendly, kind, and supportive throughout my stay.
