One of the Worst diagnostic centre in delhi,
1. staff, Technicians and Doctor and even owner is very unprofessional and very rude, 2. have no empathy
3. They don't disclose their policies at the time of appointment, once the fee is paid they tell their rules and regulations,
4. highly unrecommended their visiting doctor Rishabh Aggarwal is so arrogant, and treats patients rudely.
5. He seems more like a technician than a doctor.
6. His ultrasound reports is incorrect their machine or this doctor can't identify correct liqour level in level 2 ultrasound,
Not recommend for Pregnancy ultrasound. They will give you wrong reports which can ruin your treatment.
I had a deeply disturbing and unacceptable experience at this diagnostic lab. The environment was completely chaotic and lacked even basic standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Blood samples of children were being taken in an open area, in full public view, and shockingly, without the use of gloves. This is not just careless—it’s a serious health risk.
What was even more concerning was that ultrasounds for female patients were being conducted by a male doctor without prior information or proper consent. This is a complete violation of patient dignity and basic medical ethics.
When this was raised, the receptionist responded in an extremely casual and dismissive manner, as if this was normal practice. That attitude alone shows how little they value patient safety and respect.
Overall, the experience was pathetic, irresponsible, and highly unprofessional. No one should have to go through something like this in a medical facility. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this place.

I have been getting my family’s tests done at Delta Diagnostics for the past 30–35 years. Their reports are reliable, the lab is hygienically maintained, and the staff is very cooperative. I just want them to keep the test costs as low as possible so that everyone can get tested and take care of their health.
I had a very good experience with this lab. The staff is professional, polite and cooperative. The reports were delivered on time and with complete accuracy. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent. I am fully satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this lab to others
