Products are good, bought 2 sometime back including xj3100 and other one costing about 20k. But what good a product is if they don't give you filters./// 23//.11.24 Thanks for your response. Well the products are little old but I was not asking for spare parts, only filters which I was told are not available. Now I have already bought new air purifier.
Cheap knockoff chinese products selling for such high price. Disgustingly cheap quality. They say its made in india but its not, they import it from china and just label their name on it. It will not last longer than one season. For this price better go for a reliable company such as honeywell phillips dyson etc. Service and their employees are also rude and not helpful at all. Wish i could give these frauds negative reviews.
With our unusual weather here in Bombay, i was wanting a small air purifier that i could set in our home.
I saw Crusaders Air purifier at the Adani International airport once and later approached the company. After discussion i bought XJ3500H. The device came well protected in a box.
It doesn’t take up much space in the room.
I have been using this device from a quite long time now,
I can tell a difference in the air in there.

Overall a nice product, delivered in time and easy assembling. User interface is easy. I bought the XJ2500H model one and half month back. I could notice the difference in air quality. Also the air purifier is light weight so can be easily carried in to other rooms.
