One stop shop for all trouble shooting. Deepak Bhaiya has always been supportive and is genuinely honest in his work, keep up the good show. Highly recommended for all computer machine issues
Visited in January 2026. Had a faulty HDD on a 10-year old HP laptop and walked in expecting it to be replaced with an SSD.
My system was inspected by Mr. Deepak who was quick in diagnosing the issue and suggesting the required changes.
The two things I liked most during the process were that:
1) The entire operation was carried out in front of me, and
2) I wasn't subjected to insistent, impatient queries about other parts or services. At one point, I even asked about possibly adding extra RAM (while mostly knowing I wouldn't need it) and was told it wouldn't be necessary - it marked honesty, transparency, and focus on the work at hand.
The replacement, including the initial check, the installation, and some post-service assistance (including checking the old HDD's health, a reinstall of Windows and addition of related software, which I didn't even consider initially - he reminded me!) came at a fair price and the service was seamless.
In my experience, Deepak ji justified their positive reputation. A special thanks to him for his honesty, transparency, and courtesy.
Very bad experience with this shop.
From the beginning, the technician was rude and dismissive, which already made me uncomfortable. I didn’t intend to proceed with any repair, but after the first visit he insisted I leave the laptop, saying he had to diagnose it and later claimed he had already left the city, forcing me to keep it overnight.
When I got the laptop checked from a trusted technician, it was found that the RAM had been replaced with a dummy module (attaching photo). After installing a proper RAM, the laptop worked fine.
When confronted, he avoided clear answers and repeatedly pushed me to bring the laptop back to him for RAM replacement. I have recorded conversations of this as proof.
Very unprofessional and concerning experience. Please be cautious before trusting this shop.
Really loved how he explained everything in details and the work he has done for my laptop performance in games have just increased Drastically and heating is just gone. Feels like how it was when I first purchased it. Would recommend if you want professional care for your laptop
I wish I can give 6 stars to Deepak for his knowledge, he is not just professional but also a very nice and down to earth person, I really had a great experience
