I had an extremely disappointing experience with this cloud data service. The platform is unreliable, with frequent downtime that severely impacts work productivity. Data synchronization is slow and often fails, leading to serious concerns about data loss and integrity.
Customer support is practically nonexistent — responses are delayed, unhelpful, or completely ignored. For a service that claims to handle critical data, the lack of accountability is shocking.
The interface is confusing and poorly designed, making even simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. Performance issues, security concerns, and poor service make this one of the worst cloud solutions I’ve ever used.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this service and look for more reliable alternatives.
