The owner behaviour is worst and they do not complete their commitments. Their moto only to sell their machine after dealing they do not behave properly. Never recommend
This is very easy to blame a customer and said that untrained person used this machine. Who said you that you have given a wrong machine. Further if we need any part and asking for the same is wrong thing. If we are putting review baseless the you think why it happen. Nobody has time for the same. I personally visited your address and owner was there and you people said the he is not there. Your own staff was agreed with us for the behaviour. You are in service industry and you need to maintain basic decoram
I purchased one Used Offset machine from City Graphics . it was good experienced to deal with company . They have Huge stock of import offset machines & other equipments from Japan .
