I have my interior done by them 6 months back. They only commit several things but work is very basic. Had to compromise in all designs as per their convenience. Kinda became semi contractor myself as I ended up buying all the hardware myself still they wanted full money as if my hardwork was for nothing. Left unfinished and unpolished furniture in my house as I paid them entire amount in good faith that they will follow work ethics and complete the job. Partition and floor stains were never cleaned as there was no incentive for them in cleaning work.
The worst part things made by the carpenter Naseem started falling apart in one or two months I called them multiple times but to no avail.
Changed the almirah design by mistake and I have to live with that for years now. Instead of applying full laminate to doors they insisted that I should paint the corners as laminate won’t hold up there, made a fool out of me. Acrylic coming off from crockery, partition bending, shoerack broken… some good work is also being done by them but ruining stuff and not taking responsibility is beyond me. Aakil promised me full support but it was all but lies only. Posting some pictures here for better visualisation. By the way all the reviews here are from their friends and family and are fake.
