Had my brother's reception here, specially told the manager to make sure the food is without onion and garlic, not even in salad. Told them to write it up at the time of booking then again called them to remind them at the day of reception, and also the evening of reception as something about their reply felt that they don't remember our request. Fast forward to the main table, groom got served pyaz parantha. Then no manager came to settle down the issue, they are friendly to you only till your payment is pending, make sure to not book this place if you have any specific food requirement as they will screw it up and would leave you hanging as their only concern is the client's payment and not the actual client.
EXTREME NEGLIGENCE & RELIGIOUS INSULT
Hosted my wedding reception on 12.02.2026 at Casa Royal Banquet, Mayapuri, after paying in full, with clear and repeated instructions of STRICTLY NO ONION OR GARLIC in any food item, communicated multiple times to Mr. Trilok Singh even on the day of the event; despite arrogant assurances, onion was found in bread served to me and garlic naan was served to my mother, a deeply spiritual woman, and even after objections onion again appeared in guests’ food—proving gross kitchen mismanagement; Mr. Trilok Singh avoided facing us, staff tried to argue instead of resolving the issue, and after more than a hour a written apology admitting fault was given, due to which around 98 guests refused to eat and plates were left untouched, causing public humiliation, religious hurt, and mental agony on a once-in-a-lifetime occasion; this is a documented incident with photos, videos and call recordings, and I strongly warn anyone with religious or dietary sensitivities to avoid Casa Royal Banquet as their promises carry no value and accountability is zero.

Rooftop area party we attended its nice arrangement with open and covered area half n half, food is good snacks and soup were tasty. Its surrounded by all party banquets. Enjoyed the party.
