⚠️ Extremely Disappointed with My Experience with Careoxy Healthcare
I would like to share my experience with Careoxy Healthcare so that others can make informed decisions.
I was approached by Ms. Anjali and her supervisor, Ms. Tanisha, who repeatedly followed up with me for payment and assured me that the required services for my patient would be provided. Based on these assurances, I made the payment.
However, after receiving the payment, the promised services were not delivered. Instead, I was informed that additional payments would be required and was pressured to arrange for two attendants, a condition that was never clearly communicated before payment was collected.
What is even more disappointing is that after raising my concerns, my calls have largely gone unanswered. On several occasions, my calls were disconnected without any proper explanation or resolution, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected as a customer during a time when patient care should have been the highest priority.
As someone caring for a patient, this experience has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and inconvenience. I expect healthcare service providers to act with transparency, professionalism, and accountability.
I request the management of Careoxy Healthcare to immediately investigate this matter, address my concerns, and provide a satisfactory resolution.
I am sharing this experience publicly in the hope that no other family has to face a similar situation.
I hired a caretaker from the healthcare company Careoxy whose habits were very good and he was very good at working. He took such good care of me that I got a lot of relief. I thank the caretaker team. If I need someone in the future, I will refer them to someone.
I had a very disappointing experience with Careoxy.
I paid ₹10,500 in advance for 10 days of 24-hour caregiver service at an agreed rate of ₹1,050/day. After receiving the payment, I was asked to pay a higher revised rate of ₹1,500/day. Due to an emergency, I agreed to the revised pricing.
Despite this, no caregiver service was provided at all. It has now been over a week of continuous follow-ups, and my refund has still not been processed.
This experience involved:
- Change in pricing after advance payment
- No service delivery despite confirmation
- Delay in refund despite repeated communication
I would advise others to exercise caution and ensure clear written terms before making any advance payment.
I hope the company resolves this matter promptly and improves its customer handling and service reliability.
Giving 1 star since there is no option of 0 star. Do not take services from this fraud company. They have very poor quality care givers who have 0 experience. The company sent one guy who never came. Then another guy came in the night who left the next day saying that it was his sister’s wedding. Why was he sent if this was the case. Then another guy came that night. By this time I had engaged a guy from another agency since my 90 year old father had been without an attendant for 2 days. Now they are silent on my refund claim
We are very glad here to say thanks after having a Sapna now she is a part of our family. She is kind, reliable, and genuinely caring, especially with our child. I hired her for my mother - in - law but she is very helping hand. Sapna is always attentive, patient, and handles her responsibilities with great dedication. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our child is in safe and loving hands. I trust her blindly she helps me alot and also help me to manage my other task Thank you!!
