I would give them 4.6 stars rating. The service provided by the administrative department was good & prompt, however, the nurses could be a bit more courteous to earn a full 5-star rating.
Highly fraud company. They sent me an untrained nanny for my baby and then even after me requesting a replacement within an hour, they pushed her to stay. And in the end, argued not to pay her salary even when it had been paid by us a long time ago. Tortured us by not picking calls, text messages, etc.
I am completely satisfied with the services provided by the BNH . Specially Madam Sunita considered our patient need / requirement and sent good caring staff to look after our mother

One of the best service providers, very dependable, empathetic, and quick. Yesterday I opted for their service for surgery stitch removal. It was arranged in just 30 minutes.
I was coordinating with Sunita , both nurses she sent me were miserably hopeless, lacked knowledge and experience. I had a very bad experience inspite of telling her that i need trained staff , she sent me immature and pathetic nurse for my old father
Never take their services because their staff is not qualified they have degrees from colleges where you get attendance easily , with no quality work and experience those who are non paramedic and not having medical
Knowledge will definitely appreciate their work and fall to their prey
The nurses don’t even follow nursing SOP
They just want to mint money and that’s their agenda with very sweet talks like honey
Never take the Services’s of this organisation most if their nurses are holding fake degrees with zero experience and you will not even come to know about it
Also I was asked “ why “ I have such a review and to turn down my review on google
