Extremely helping team. They suggested the best tyres for my use and helped me through the process.
Their service team was also very sweet and cooperative and quickly completed the installation. Image I went their with my daughter and was through in 30 minutes
Be very careful while getting wheel alignment and wheel balancing. They will pointout other problem like camber is out and then charge thrice the amount. Very bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience with this alloy shop. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The owner was rude and showed no interest in helping customers properly. Instead of solving issues, they seemed careless and dismissive. I would not recommend this place if you expect basic customer service or professionalism.
I don't even want to give them 1 star rating. They are really unprofessional, if you are reading my review please never visit their shop to purchase anything from them. When one of my friend purchased the tyre from their shop they were very polite and when he got problem related to tyre which was just 4 months used they started over reacting and rather than helping just started making excuses. They just know how to sell tyres but after service is very very poor . They don't even know how to talk to customers. He got scammed by them. They charges really high comparing to market rate and totally unprofessional work. Even owner of this shop is not helpfull totally rude behaviour.
Very disappointing experience at Bindra Tyre Shoppe, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi while buying Continental 195/55 R16 tyres. The dealer initially quoted ₹7,800 per tyre but charged ₹8,000 at the time of fitting. The final bill came to ₹16,870 for two tyres — around ₹450–₹500 higher per tyre than expected.
The dealer added hidden charges like ₹150 per local “nalki” (valve) and a 2.5% credit card surcharge, none of which were mentioned in advance. The invoice also doesn’t clearly list valve charges. When questioned, he incorrectly cited RBI rules to justify the card fee, which should actually be borne by the merchant.
Such unclear billing and misleading justifications are unacceptable, especially from an authorised Continental dealer. Will prefer a more transparent and ethical dealer next time — possibly even another brand.
Response to the Dealer reply.....
I had clearly discussed the price over a phone call with your shop before sending my son, and the quoted rate was ₹7,800 per tyre (all inclusive). There was no mention of any extra charge for valves, card payments, or any other component.
Your reply here itself reflects the tone and attitude I experienced while raising my concern — rather than acknowledging the issue, you are being defensive and using language that’s neither professional nor customer-friendly.
The core issue remains unchanged — the final amount billed was higher by ₹450–₹500 per tyre, with undisclosed charges for valves and card payment surcharge. The invoice also lacks a clear breakup, which validates my point about non-transparent billing.
I have no issue paying the right price for genuine Continental tyres, but transparency and respect in communication are equally important. I stand by my review so that other customers are aware and make an informed choice.
