There ia no warranty or return policy for cfl bulbs so buy at ur own risk
Took quite some time after I placed an order on their website. (Almost 2 weeks). The product received was of good quality but had to follow up consistently.
It was my first order from them. I needed a set of specific light bulbs which i could only find here. I was skeptical if they were genuine and if i will receive my package in proper condition at all. But since the cost of the bulbs were less, and the lamp i had was of Rs 2k which was sitting useless, i decided to take a risk and placed the order. Surprisingly i received a very nicely packed courier through Delhivery. I was so happy while i was removed sheets of bubble wrap...BUT the bulbs i received was of a different shape and wouldn't fit in my lamp. All my joy was lost. Next day i called them with no hope of replacement as the cost of the product was less than the delivery cost. I was mentally ready for an argument. I was in for a big surprise when they replaced my product with just a 30 sec call. They agreed they made a mistake and placed an order again for me. And today i finally received the replaced product. I am so in awe of their service.I am never going to any other site for buying electrical goods again.

Very good response. Genuine site. I have completed my first order. ABB mcbs and RCCBs you can get for first class product for price of some lower categories. May be they purchase from direct company they can offer excellent price range. Go with good brand for electrical goods. Now order my second back for my first floor house. Ground floor package received. Try to order in one shot so that you can save 300 rs delivery charge. After first order contact the person through wattapp and you can place next with good discounts.
