I had a very bad experience from them. They sold me a basic hamster cage worth around ₹400 for an overpriced ₹2,000. When I asked for a proper, larger enclosure and even told them the correct size, they insisted the tiny cage was “normal” and claimed bar-biting was fine, which is completely wrong and unsafe for hamsters. Later, they asked for an additional ₹2,000 for a new enclosure, took the money, and only returned a small part of it instead of the full amount. The pricing was misleading, the advice was incorrect, and the refund was not handled honestly. Please be careful before purchasing anything from here.
