Totally unprofessional behaviour from Avishkar Manufacturing, Delhi.
Our payment has been pending for the last 3 years despite repeated follow-ups. Very disappointing experience and poor commitment towards vendors/clients.
I would strongly advise others to be careful before doing business and avoid putting their money at risk.
DC cable stopped working within 1 month. I've contacted their customer support, but they're being totally unhelpful as they weren't able to check with their store whether the DC cable is available or not, even after 15 days. I've had to follow up every day, but they're totally misleading me. Even after 15 days, they haven't given a fruitful response. They sent me the product without proper testing; I'm unsure if only the DC cable is faulty or if other parts, like the battery, are also defective. It's a total waste of ₹11,000 and their service is poor. They're not even providing a replacement for the faulty product. I've decided to escalate this to a consumer forum.
Don't take part in their competitions. Our team had won a position at the competition, but due to a issue at their end, they couldn't see the project under competitions category and said that we didn't upload the project correctly, THEN HOW WAS THE PROJECT BEING SHOWN UNDER COMPETITION PROJECTS. We had also written a email. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I AM YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONCE!!!
I personally believe Avishkaar kits are best in class. I am robotics enthusiast from my school time. Participated in many science exhibition. but i always face an issue that the idea i have in mind can't take a proper shape due to unavailability of parts and tools. I am happy to see that Avishkaar kits are here now. Every child can shape the imagination and make different robots out of it. I personally recommend these kits to all patients.
It's a wonderful kit to keep kids busy for hours and give wings to their creativity and imagination..the tools, scews, nuts, bolts etc. everything is available in the box. It gives an opportunity to bring out the young scientist in your child to create amazing working models
