This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I placed a custom-made bag order and was told it would be ready in 15 days. After one week, I asked for an update, they hadn’t even started yet. That was already frustrating, but it gets worse.

When I asked why they hadn’t started with only 8 days left, they told me they couldn’t find the materials. Keep in mind, before taking my payment, they guaranteed everything would be made exactly as agreed, claimed to be highly professional, and said they’ve been in business for 5 years.

I tried to stay calm and asked which materials were missing and that’s when I got the second shock. They sent me a completely different bag than the one we agreed on, marked some parts on it, and said those materials were unavailable. At that point, I realized they didn’t even know which bag they were supposed to produce, even after a full week had passed since my order.

Their communication is terrible. You have to chase them all day just to get a reply. But before payment? Instant responses, very attentive, very “professional.” After payment? They disappear.

At the same time, I ordered from another seller on the other side of the world — not even as “professional” as this one — and my order was delivered within a week. Meanwhile, this so-called experienced seller can’t even identify the product they’re supposed to make.

Absolutely unacceptable. A complete disaster. Do not trust them. Do not waste your money. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Now they are not responding to any of my messages at all.

Biggest regret ever of my life... They are terrible people and terrible business....
