I was highly disappointed. I ordered 3 crates…gave advance and was promised shipment in 4 to 5 days, after number of follow ups, my shipment was delivered in 10 days…the crates are well made and beautiful…but still few things like wheels and trays are still missing…now i have done full payment and struggling to get the missing parts…the manager working there Mr.Kartik was too rude to answer my calls and Mr.Gopal after taking payment will never answer your call…hope my reviews will help others to choose wisely…
Very humble and genuine seller. He guided me through out the process for taking my pet abroad and nit just with the cage. Bought a full size crate for large size golden retriever. The crate has taken 2 flights for 2 days each till now and the quality is premium no damages.
Best part is that seller even offers a buy back option which is very convenient.

This is probably the best place to buy a great quality crate for your pet baby. I had a wonderful experience with them and they delivered as promised. Bought a carrier for my adult golden retriever as we were flying from delhi to bangalore. The seller was very helpful, professional and also guided about the requirements. The delivery of the product was very prompt and they even helped with the assembly of the carrier. Cost wise also, the carrier is quite reasonable considering the size and quality I needed for air travel. About the carrier itself, I got a large size (L 40 x H 30 x W 27 inches with wheels) as per the iata regulations, it was sturdy and secure. My dog is very happy with it too, she still will go and sleep inside it at night as it is spacious(even I literally fit inside🤣). Highly recommend the product and the seller!
