I had a very pleasant experience dealing with them. Will try and use their services again in future.
We want to shift household items from Chittaranjan Park K Block to M Block of the same locality. People came before schedule time and packed very nicely all the items to be shifted. Then all items nicely loaded to their mini truck and unloaded and unpacked in M-12 bldg.
The people who came are really hard working and very polite. We are very much satisfied with the Amex service. The only thing they are in a hurry to shift items.
Otherwise they are professional and expert in shifting things.
We are satisfied with their service and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Recently took service from Bangalore to Muzaffarpur, my LR no is 1392, i had taken insurance also, my scooty and bed got damaged now they are not covering the damages under insurance.
After service their behaviour is so rude, specially Dinesh, Manoj, Sandeep
