Very disappointing experience.
I contacted Alien Energy Solar to enquire about a hybrid/off-grid solar system. Unfortunately, the customer care executive was extremely unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic knowledge about the system.
They were unable to explain system options properly, did not provide complete information, and their way of talking to a potential customer was unacceptable. Instead of guiding, they sounded impatient and uninterested.
For a company in the solar industry, I expected professionalism and proper technical guidance, which was completely missing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and speak to multiple vendors before finalizing.
