The Staff at the time of our check in was really well mannered and polite. They offered to carry our bags to the hotel room, and I'll say it's safe environment for a family travelling
After sifting through what seems like endless AI-generated / fake hotels on Booking.com, we're very happy that we found Airport Hotel Grand.
Comfortable rooms (tip- ask for a room on the highest floors, the roads can be quite noisy), spacious rooftop and gym, and very friendly staff, all within minutes walk away from tasty local food- and less than 15 minutes from Aerocity metro station.
Perfect place to stay for a layover.
Customer service was good and the staff were helpful. The room was okay, but the bathroom cleanliness was below expectations, and the shower was not working. After informing the receptionist, they provided a bucket and mug. Food was okay, but not as expected. The hotel should improve cleanliness and room facilities.
Poor hygiene. We went in January, there was no hot water, later they said it only heats upto 40°C and admitted they were lying that they have hot water. The both receptionist are very very rude. Please don't waste your money here.
Ordered room service tea and the cup and kettle seemed it was not washed for years. So so dirty so filthy
better to sleep in your car terrible rooms, not very grand NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL. the bathroom stinks hot water doesn’t work. all the reviews that are 5 star are litterally fake please don’t go, my family struggled a lot. and the noise level early morning is outraging, had my worst sleep ever.
