Very bad quality of service, they do not pick up calls. How can you trust them, "The shopkeeper doesn't pick up the call before purchasing the product, and later when he does, he doesn't even know how to speak politely.
By the way, many cameras have been installed till date, but till date such quality has not been seen which is the quality of your product. Your product is a reliable product: I want to say thanks Harish ji to you and your team for such good behavior.
Don't buy anything from this shop. They sell used products and in warranty they charge visiting fees with random amount as per there wish. Also, when you purchase product they will not share Invoicing and when you ask for it they say will issue for half amount. Owner Harish and Chandan both try to fool customers. From first day i am facing issues with there Camera and when i informed them they didn't send anyone and after few days they asked to pay visiting charges when product is in warranty and they didn't install properly. Also broke wall while drilling. If i have an option to rate in negative i would have done that. Also, after paying visiting fee also they send guy with no tools and say he need to come to shop to get tools so now visiting fee will be double. So be careful. Most important they delete genuine comments and request few people to write good comments
