i have purchased electric door lock. i want to tell you. lock is heavy and service is best and on time installation . I suggest . we should purchase.
I had a very poor experience with Adv-tech service. After raising a complaint about a lock issue, their executive visited and fixed the problem simply by oiling and greasing the lock mechanism. The issue was genuine and was resolved during the visit.
However, after the service, the company started sending messages claiming that my complaint was “fake” and demanding ₹250 as outstanding dues. They even sent messages saying that my CR number is blocked and pressured me to clear the amount.
This is completely unfair and unprofessional. The problem with the lock was real and was resolved by their own executive. Accusing a customer of making a fake complaint after providing service is unacceptable.
Despite informing them about the situation, they continue to send such messages, which feels like unnecessary harassment.
I request the company to verify their records properly before accusing customers and stop sending threatening messages about blocking accounts.
Very disappointing service and customer handling. I would not recommend this company unless they improve their customer support practices.
Worst products and even worse after-sales service. They're basically ripping customers off after installation. Their products always have problems, and they charge you for every visit. Their customer service is rude, and they send messages like the one below even after I shared a video of the issue with their technician. They don't even have dedicated staff to handle customer complaints. I wouldn't recommend buying their products.
"Your CR No. is blocked in our system due to non-payment. Clear the pending amount immediately to proceed further. No action will be taken until payment is received. Also, the company cannot arrange special staff to repeatedly explain the same thing to you. During the last visit, a fake complaint was found, and ₹250 is also payable for that."
We bought their gate locks, but they were a complete waste of money. Their representatives are very rude and their products are the worst. We faced problems 3-4 times after installation. Every time, they asked for an amount of 250/- for visiting. I don't recommend anyone buy their products.
Worst experience I regret after purchasing this product without proper installation of my product they force me to pay bill for welding work i request to them that please complete the wiring and I will all the dues. But they deny to proceed further without paying.
