I booked the service for 31 May 2026 and also purchased the AMC with servicing scheduled every 4 months. The appointment was originally confirmed for 11 AM, but now the timing has been changed to 2–3 PM without prior discussion. Additionally, I was informed today that the pricing has also been changed, and your representative stated that the wrong prices were shared with me yesterday, 30 May 2026.
This is very unprofessional and not customer-oriented. Changing the confirmed timing and pricing at the last moment, and then stating that incorrect prices were shared earlier, reflects poor coordination and customer service.
Cleaning of water tanks was carried out in a very systematic and methodical manner. Bottom was cleaned very nicely and as far as side walls are concerned i can understand that those stains can not be removed without using chemicals. And i agree that use of chemicals is not good for health. Overall job well done and keep up the good work.
ACE team's service was great, their staff was on time and cleaned the tank very professionally.
Convenient and nice work not messy at all .
But side walls cleaning was lil disappointing . Rest the process is simple and it cleans easily .
I have taken services first time with them and found reliable. Field person came on time and coordination with the ACE helpdesk is quiet satisfying. Would definitely recommend taking service from them as they use suction techniques rather than applying chemicals.
