I purchase a godrej video door phone they give a fast service and technical behaviour is good and my wonderful experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with Accurate Surveillance India Pvt. Ltd. I visited their office and provided product samples with the expectation of receiving a bulk order. My samples were approved, which gave me confidence to proceed further and even take an order based on their commitment.
However, after that, their communication completely stopped. They did not answer my phone calls or respond to my WhatsApp messages. Due to their lack of response and unprofessional behavior, my order eventually got cancelled, causing me financial loss and a lot of unnecessary stress.
This kind of approach is highly irresponsible and not acceptable in business. Proper communication and commitment are very important, especially when someone is relying on your confirmation.
I strongly recommend others to be cautious while dealing with this company, so that no one else has to go through the same situation I faced.
Our experience with Accurate Surveillance has been extremely disappointing.
Their customer service is consistently poor, and the staff is uncooperative. Service requests are always delayed — we have to call multiple times before anyone is sent to address the issue. Even when a technician finally arrives, the problems remain unresolved.
The entire support team lacks professionalism, especially Ms. Geeta, who has been particularly rude and arrogant in her communication. Their after-sales service is among the worst we’ve encountered.
We strongly advise others to be cautious — don't fall for their false promises and misleading commitments.

The photo is of the lock replaced by me at my cost after the lock installed by the company malfunctioned within 7 months. Company management kept bluffing and assuring me to replace the lock but did nothing . Vinod Kalla and his son Chyank Kalla had made tall claims and assured best service before taking the contract. But the moment payment was made they showed their true colors.
