He actually took the time to understand what we wanted, what our lifestyle is like, and what kind of space would make us feel at home. He didn’t just design based on trends, he made sure every little detail reflected us. His personal involvement in everything really showed.
Of course, like any journey, there were a few ups and downs along the way. There were moments of confusion, changes, and back-and-forth discussions, but what stood out was how patiently everything was handled. At no point did it feel stressful or transactional. Instead, it felt like we were working with someone who genuinely cared,more like a friend, like a “ SAARTHI” than just a designer.
