The behavior of these guys is very good, they have good knowledge of the work and the money they have charged is reasonable.The keyboard of my laptop was repaired and given to me before the stipulated time. I wish them both all the best and 5 stars
Great Service! I got my laptop serviced at a nominal price also got my battery changed. The whole process was very smooth and only took 15-20 min.

Very disappointing experience. I visited this shop yesterday as a regular customer and purchased a laptop charger for ₹900 without checking the price online because I trusted them. Later at home, I checked and found the exact same charger online for ₹400.
When I called to ask why I was charged almost double, instead of explaining politely, they argued and spoke very rudely.
I went back to return the product, and even though they never opened or checked my laptop in the first place (they only plugged the charger once to show it works), they refused to give a full refund and forcibly deducted ₹300 as a so-called “checking charge.” I eventually got only ₹600 back and faced aggressive and unprofessional behaviour, including shouting and disrespectful language.
This is absolutely unacceptable.
Overpriced products + rude staff + zero professionalism = terrible service.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Please save your time and money—shop somewhere else where customers are respected.
